Find customers who want to improve your product by building a Discovery Community.

A Discovery Community in Orbital is a research pool of people who want to help improve your product. Your customers can signup to the community either in-app or via a shareable link, and once they join you can use the information they provide during signup to target a subset and then reach out to them as part of a discovery.

This feature is completely optional, and provides an alternate means to populate your users within Orbital.

Why should I build a Discovery Community?

Allowing your customers to express interest in providing feedback and helping to shape your product is powerful. During signup you can collect extra information about each customer, which you can later use to select a target audience for future discoveries.

Does a customer need to be in my Discovery Community before I can contac them?

Nope. This is just one more way to find the right customers to speak to.
