Would you say that you have a practice customer interviewing currently?

Oh yes, we've mandated for all of our leadership to talk to customers.

My designer, my co-founder, me and the engineering team have Slack channels with our customers, and we probably talk to them once every week or two week.

Every new customer actually gets daily messages from us to provide feedback. It might not be a call, but Slack messages. We are strong believers that you should be as close to your customers as possible for as long as you can.

That's actually one big problem which I see: as companies become bigger they add more processors, they add more teams, and the actual builder gets further and further away from the actual user.
