What's the most common mistake you see with product discovery?
It's not being biased by their own product and falling in love with their product.
That's the number one problem they have, especially when doing interviews. This is the hardest thing. And then, if founders are doing the interviews, oftentimes I see they slip away and make it a sales pitch at the moment when hear something they don't like.
And after that, they realize that they need to actually have a different person talking with users just so they make sure that they are not biasing others and they get the value, the real value from the call.
